Our Goals for Sidney’s Rainbow Day
May 9th 2023 was the worst day of many of our lives, but Sidney was famous for declaring every day the “best day ever.” So, a year later, we’re gathering our community in downtown Andover to celebrate her and further our efforts to create safer, more livable towns for everyone.
Goals for this event include:
Gather our community downtown
Inspire kids with art, music, food, and life outside
Explore ways to create a safer, more livable town
Raise funds to support our charitable work

Help us make Andover a safer, more livable town
Marking a year since we lost Sidney, we’re working to create Sidney’s Rainbow Day on May 11th for Andover to share in Sid’s love for learning, art, music, and the outdoors. Our goal is to nurture our community and inspire us to create a safer, more livable town.
All contributions will go directly toward supporting Sidney Mae Olson Rainbow Fund’s charitable work, including this event.
Sponsorship Options
Activity Host - $200 suggested donation
If you have a fun idea for an activity, we’ll give you a 10X10 spot to host it. Your branding. Your staff. Named sponsor on signage & website.
Activity Sponsor - $500 suggested donation
We have a list of activities - from magicians to yoga to art projects - that we’d love to include. As the sponsor, you’ll make that possible. We’ll include your branding at the booth and throughout the event
In Shop Event
Want to create a rainbow cupcake special? How about a “best day ever” sale? Get creative. We hope the spirit of this day extends throughout downtown.

If you’re busy and just want to help us out, we’d greatly appreciate that, too. We have one spot available for a presenting sponsor at $2,000.
